Welcome to Rosamund's Mandarin Garden. This page will help you understand how to schedule your lessons, what to expect before and after class, and the key terms related to payment, cancellation, and rescheduling. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Decide which course you need (trial, single, 5‑class, 10‑class, mentorship).

IMPORTANT:
You may view availability on Calendly before paying, times are not held until you receive my manual confirmation email. After paying, send me a direct message on Ko‑fi/BMC with:
• Full name (must match your Calendly booking)
• Contact email (for confirmations & materials)
► After I receive your message, I will send a manual Confirmation Email (title: Payment Verified & Lesson Confirmed) within 24–48 hours.

► On the booking form, enter:
• Full name
• Email (same as the one you messaged me)
• Payment platform: Ko‑fi / Buy Me a Coffee
► Right after booking, you’ll receive a system (automated) email with your Zoom link. This is provisional; if you haven’t paid or haven’t messaged your info, the booking may be cancelled.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. Please log in on time. After the class, you will receive a Lesson Completion Email with:
Remaining session count (if applicable)
Suggestions or review materials (as needed)
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class time.
You may reschedule a session once per booking, provided it's done at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
For Premium Mentorship students:
You may coordinate directly with Rosamund to confirm your preferred time slots, as scheduling is more flexible and personalized in this plan.
Refunds are only granted in the following cases:
✓ Lesson not delivered due to teacher responsibility (full refund)
✓ Cancelled more than 24 hours in advance (minus platform’s transaction fees)
✓ Unused lessons within their stated validity period (partial refund minus fees)
Refunds are NOT available if:
✗ Class has already started or finished
✗ Digital materials have been delivered
✗ You cancel within 24 hours of the lesson
✗ Your course package has expired based on the validity periods below
Lesson Validity Periods:
Trial or Single Lesson: 1 month from purchase
5-Class & 10-Class Packages: 6 months from purchase
Premium Mentorship: 6 months from purchase
How to Request a Refund:
Please email Rosamund directly and use the official refund request template provided in your confirmation email. This helps process your request accurately.
✓ By making a payment, you agree to the terms on this page.
✓ One reschedule is allowed per booking (if made >24h in advance).
✓ Refunds are subject to the payment platform’s standard transaction fees.
✓ Please consider your schedule carefully before purchasing.
